Poligof is an Italian company, which produces polythene film for several different applications which are :

b) Self adhesive labels
c) Lamination for food packing industry
d) Industrial application

Poligof is a family owned company, approx 130 employees, two plants, 2005 turnover approx 25 millions Euro.

Poligof has its own laboratory and R&D with a manager and 5 employees.

We have two production plant one closed to Milan, the second closed to Genova.



A) HYGIENE INDUSTRY

We have blown film extruders, cast film extruders, breathable film extruder with a laminating machine off line and lines for producing microperforated pe film.

We produce :

Cast/Blown pe film which is used as backsheet of baby diapers, sanitary napkins and diapers for adult incontinence.

Breathable pe film and textile breathable film, backsheet for baby diapers, sanitary napkins and diaper for adult incontinence.
This product is the latest improvement in this industry : a breathable film is water proof and breathable, which results in a better air circulation with better protection on the baby/adult skin.
Technology is from Austrian company SML, completely automated line.
One color printing in line available.

Microperforated pe film used as topsheet of sanitary napkins and panty liners.
The microperforation design together with the use of polythene results in a very quick passage of the fluid with a very low rewet effect.
Single wrap film : PE film of different colours which is used for the packing of sanitary napkin

Plastic bags : printed up to 8 colours
